In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CRAFT Performance, and “you” means anyone who uses the site.

Our website offers general information about CRAFT Performance and the work we do with organizations, leaders and teams. It is not medical, psychological, clinical or other professional advice for any individual, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.

Reading this website or booking a Connection Call does not create a client or professional relationship with CRAFT Performance. That relationship only begins under a separate written agreement.

A Connection Call is a free 30 minute introductory call. You book it through the scheduling tool on our website. Your booking, and any changes or cancellations, are handled through that tool and the confirmation messages you receive.

If you cannot attend, please give us notice as early as you can, through your confirmation message or by emailing [email protected].

Please use our website fairly and lawfully. When you use it, you agree not to:

• misuse the site, or try to disrupt it or get around its security
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit or abuse the booking form
• give false information when you book a call or contact us

The content on this website, including its text, photos and graphics, and the CRAFT name and logo, belongs to CRAFT Performance or its licensors.

You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, reuse or change our content, name or logo without our written permission.

Our website uses third party services, such as our scheduling tool, and may link to other websites, such as social media. Those services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they operate.

We work to keep our website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be complete, current, free of errors or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, CRAFT Performance is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, this website or the information on it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, including through the booking form, and how we use and protect it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about these terms or this website will be handled by the courts of Alberta.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
