Privacy Policy

CRAFT Performance is a Human Performance Optimization company founded in 2026 by Amber Ell (MSW, RSW) and Lindsey Kaupp (MScOT, BScKin). We work with organizations, leaders and teams. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CRAFT Performance.

This policy applies to personal information we collect through our website, craftperformance.ca, including our booking form, and to emails you send us.

As a business in Alberta, we follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information you give us

When you book a Connection Call (a free 30 minute introductory call), our booking form asks for:

• your first and last name
• your phone number
• your email address
• any additional information you choose to add in the notes field
• your confirmation that you want to receive information from CRAFT Performance using the contact information you provide (this box must be ticked to book)

The form also records the date, time and time zone you choose for your call.

If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Our website and booking system are hosted on HighLevel, a platform also known as LeadConnector. When you visit, it records technical and usage information such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and an identifier for your visit. It uses cookies or similar browser storage to do this. We use this information to run the site and to see which visits lead to bookings.

Our booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is booking. It processes signals from your browser and device to tell people apart from bots.

The fonts on our website load from Google Fonts. This means your browser sends a request to Google, including your IP address, when a page loads.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or a Meta (Facebook) pixel. If we add either one, we will update this policy.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site, such as the booking form, may not work as expected.

We use personal information to:

• schedule and hold your Connection Call
• send you confirmations and reminders about your call, by email or text message
• respond to your messages
• send you information about CRAFT Performance, when you have confirmed that you want to receive it
• operate, secure and improve our website
• meet our legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

When you book a Connection Call or email us, you consent to us collecting, using and sharing your personal information as this policy describes.

To book a call, you confirm that you want to receive information from CRAFT Performance using the contact information you provide. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to one of our messages or by emailing [email protected].

You can also withdraw your consent to other uses of your information, subject to our legal obligations. If you do, we may not be able to schedule or hold a call with you.

We use a small number of service providers to run our website, bookings and email. They handle personal information on our behalf, for the purposes in this policy:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector): website hosting, scheduling, customer relationship management, and appointment confirmations and reminders by email or text message
• Google Workspace: email
• Cloudflare: security, including the bot check on our booking form
• Google Fonts: the fonts on our website

We may also share personal information when the law requires it.

Information stored outside Canada

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be subject to the laws of those places. If you have questions about how our service providers outside Canada handle personal information, email us at [email protected].

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or anonymize it so it no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We rely on established service providers to host our website, booking system and email.

No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be lost or accessed without permission.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete. Send your request to [email protected].

We may need to confirm your identity before we respond. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Our website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think someone under 18 has given us personal information, please email us.

If you have a question or concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, which oversees private sector privacy law in Alberta.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new tools to our website. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
